Position Overview:
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of commercial properties within our real estate and property management portfolio. 1. Manage commercial properties:

3. Financial management:
a. Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring expenses are within approved limits.
b. Collect rent and other income from tenants, ensuring timely payments and accuracy.
c. Review and approve invoices and expenses related to property operations.
d. Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports for management, and propose strategies to optimize property profitability.

4. Vendor and contractor management:
a. Select, contract, and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.

c. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
